Physical health is all about the soundness of your body and whether your body is free of diseases or injuries. Good physical health can be achieved through regular physical activity. It's not hard to get physical exercise but it is easy to forget the importance of exercising and keeping your body healthy. It is recommended that people get at least one of exercise per day. Teens tend to get their daily exercise through P.E. and sports.

Regular Physical Exercise = Physical Health Daily exercise can help you maintain a healthy weight and can help prevent any excess weight gain or weight loss. Each activity you do burns calories and as the activity becomes more intense, you burn more and more calories. While it is hard sometimes to set aside large amounts of time to do exercise, you can implement simple tasks into day that make you a little more active. For example, instead of using the elevator, be more active and take the stairs. Maybe you can race your best friend up to the top!

This can improve your cardiovascular system and help it work more efficiently. This can enhance your muscle strength and boost your endurance. When your heart and lungs work better, you have more energy to go about daily business. Exercise in general and daily physical activity help to keep your body in a good physical condition. Physical health depends on you exercising and keeping your body healthy. Exercise is an important aspect of physical health, but your clinical, social and mental health is something to consider.
